WSI Global’s Western Express is manufactured for stability, durability and longevity with an easy set up and affordable maintenance. Designed for high-speed, high-volume production of medium-to-large sized cartons, the Western Express folder/gluer is ideal for straight-line folding cartons such as 12 and 24-pack beverage sleeves. The modular design enables it to be customized with shorter or longer sections for specific carton sizes and style needs. For the highest-efficiency production, we recommend using the WSI Express Feeder, WSI Express Packer and WSI Case Positioner alongside your Western Express.

Models

For conventional folding carton work, Western Express gluers can be supplied as a straight-line only machine, with auto-lock bottom, or with 4 / 6-corner back-fold capability.

A larger WE-60C model is available for companies running carton board, E-flute, and B-flute blanks up to 60-inches in width.
